• Remove staff and parting bead and carefully remove top and bottom sash windows​

• Assess condition of hardwood sill, box frame and external pointing

• Re-balance sash weights to ensure smooth operation of both top and bottom sash windows

• Renovate top and bottom sash windows, scrape off excess paint and repair putty damage where needed with linseed oil putty
